Welcome to Church Health Profile
This church-wide assessment survey is designed to give you a better understanding of your church’s overall health as a local body. Through the collective input of your members, you can gain valuable insights on the current state of your church, and particular areas of strength and weakness.
There are 120 questions in the survey, divided among 12 health factors. The results provided for each church profile represent the aggregate of all completed surveys, providing an evaluation for each health factor and an overall church health assessment. There is no limit on how many surveys can be completed for each profile, and in fact, the more members that participate, the truer the assessment will be.
How Can It Help My Church?
Church Health Profile is designed as an organizationally sensitive tool. Therefore, it best serves churches within systems where there is a corporate identity and accountability. It is built around 12 health factors, specifically selected through extensive church health literature reviews, task force evaluations, church leadership surveys, and evangelical values. The member surveys are scored and the resulting aggregate score will place you within one of three strength levels for each health factor, as well as an overall level based on the combination of all 12 health factors. A sample survey (only 12 questions) is available if you’d like to take it for a test drive, and upon submission will show you sample results (they’re a sample only, so don’t be nervous).
What is the Process?
Simply register your church for the survey. Once you sign up for the survey, a survey code will be sent to your email which can be disseminated to your entire church member base or specific individuals you choose. Each church team member then simply logs in with the survey code and completes the survey. At any point during the process, you can log in and see the up-to-date results of the survey, including the current rating and recommendations based on the surveys completed to date.
